Person presenting to an audience in a conference room.

Speaking:

Ideas that help people see more clearly what matters now and what comes next.

Paul Bailey speaks on the power of place, the future of events, and the intersections where sustainability, community, science, technology, and innovation meet. His talks are grounded in experience across automotive, advertising, hospitality, and destination development, and designed to leave audiences with perspective, clarity, and momentum.

Before stepping onto conference stages, Paul Bailey built and led work recognized by Strategy Magazine, the Guinness Book of World Records, the Canadian Advertising Association, and the National Post. That experience was earned in high-stakes environments where strategy had to work in practice, under pressure, and in public.

Today, his speaking brings that same combination of strategic thinking and real-world execution to conversations about meetings, destinations, sustainability, innovation, and the long-term value of connection. Rather than offering abstract inspiration, he aims to give audiences a more grounded way to understand change and act on it.
